'Ala Bin Mansor
Managing Director

'Ala bin Mansor obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from University of South Bank, London and a Diploma in Valuation from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In 1991 he attended the General Management Program for Senior Management in National University of Singapore. In 2008, he successfully completed the Senior Management Development Program of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia. He has more than 20 years experience in the Malaysian real estate industry.

He conducted his practical training at C.H. William Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd in 1978. In 1980 he began his career at Jabatan Penilaian (Valuation Department) as an Assistant Valuation Officer before leaving for UK to further his studies in the same year. He spent a year as a trainee at the Inland Revenue Office, Lambeth, London while completing his studies at the University of South Bank.

Upon his graduation, he joined Syarikat Pembinaan Johor Sdn Bhd as the Valuation Officer handling the sales, rental and maintenance of residential and commercial premises and was instrumental in the establishment of the interim Management Corporation for Taman Cempaka, the 2,152 flatted residential development in the State of Johor. He was appointed as the Marketing Executive in Harta Consult beginning January 1988 where he was subsequently promoted to the post of Manager in 1989. He was responsible for the overall property management and maintenance and other support services which encompasses office buildings, shopping complexes, indoor stadium, bazaars, sports centre, food courts, as well as bus terminal, owned by Johor Corporation and its member companies.

He enjoyed a brief stint in IPPJ Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the management training and entrepreneur development program, and also the Pasir Gudang Local Authority.

He rejoined Harta Consult Sdn Bhd in late 1995 as the General Manager and was later appointed as the Executive Director of Harta Facilities Management Sdn Bhd, an intrapreneur company dealing in the facility management of 17 premises belonging to Johor Corporation and companies within the group.

He has gained a lot of exposure and experiences in various industries during his tenure as Director on the board of several companies such as Johor Land Berhad, Harta Consult Sdn Bhd, HC Duraclean Sdn Bhd, Metro Parking (M) Sdn Bhd, Damansara-Harta Management Sdn Bhd, KPJ Healthcare Technical Services Sdn Bhd and Lion Gateway Management Sdn Bhd.

EDI HIRWAN BIN KAMAL
Manager – Head of Engineering & Technical Support

Edi graduated with the Diploma and Bachelor of Pure in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia in 1999.

He started his career in Panasonic AVC , Johor as a Junior R&D Engineer (Mechanism Development) in May 2000 and then was promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer ( group leader) in 2003. During his 8 years of employment with Panasonic, he personally reviewed and monitored schedule performance development in order to obtain higher profit for the company. He also managed multifaceted engineering issues to prepare business plan for each fiscal year include manpower allocation (manpower headcount), maintenance of software, gauge, jig and fixture. As a result, he is a leader with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas.

He left Panasonic AVC to join TMR Urusharta in January 2007 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Contract and Procurement). He lead contract and procurement team at Southern Region.

In July 2011, he was promoted to Manager- Engineering & Technical Support. His vast experience is now being exploited to introduce new ideas and technology for TMR Urusharta operation.

MOHAMAD ATRASH BIN AZALI
Chief Operating Officer – Head of Operation & Business Development

Mohamad Atrash graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from The University of Newcastle, Australia in 1991 and in 1999; he obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the Malaysian Graduate School of Management, University Putra Malaysia.

He started his career in 1992 as a Production Engineer in Ban Ngai Components and later in the year joined Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran as Mechanical Engineer in Federal Workshop, Ipoh.

He entered the field of Integrated Facility Management in 1996 when he joined PROPEL-Johnson Controls (M) Sdn Bhd as Technical Manager where he was in charge of operations and maintenance of KL Tower, Century Square Cyberjaya, Pharmacare, BCBB Headquarters and Wisma TIME.

In 2000, he joined Peransang Jati as Senior Operations Manager in charge of 15 buildings in Klang Valley. He subsequently joined as the Head of AW Facility Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AWC Facility Solutions Berhad where he managed to secure contracts of RM 25 million during his tenure there.

In November 2006, he joined TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd as General Manager, Operations in charge of overall operations in Klang Valley and Johor.

In January 2009, he was promoted to Senior General Manager – Operation & Business Development

SHIKH MOHD FAUZI BIN SHIKH KHALID
General Manager – M.N. Koll (M) Sdn Bhd

Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the National University of Malaya majoring in Development Planning and Project Analysis.

Shikh Mohd Fauzi begun his career as Business Development Executive for Johor Corporation in 1993 where he was responsible for analyzing new proposals and was involved the preparation of strategic planning for all companies under Johor Corporation.

In year 2000, Shikh became the General Manager for Kilang Airbatu Perintis Sdn Bhd, the biggest ice block factory in Johor Bahru that is a subsidiary of Johor Corporation.

In year 2003, Shikh rejoined Johor Corporation as the Head of Business Development. In year 2006 he was seconded to Tropika Lanskap Sdn Bhd, another of Johor Corporation's subsidiary company as the General Manager. He was responsible for day-to-day operation of the landscape company such as landscaping consultation, landscaping maintenance and landscaping contractor. He was given the task to pursue new business by participating in tenders that were issued by the government, semi–government as well as private bodies.

In August 2007, Shikh joined MN Koll (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd as the General Manager.

TUMIRAN BIN SALIMON
Senior Manager – Head of Corporate Service Department

Tumiran graduated with a Bachelor of Economic and Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1995 and in 2007, he obtained a Master of Management (Technology) from University Teknologi Malaysia.

Tumiran begun his career as Business Development Executive for Johor Corporation in 1995 where he was responsible for analyzing new proposals and was involved the preparation of strategic planning for all companies under Johor Corporation.

In 2006, he joined TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd as the Manager in the Corporate Service Department.

In January 2009,he was promoted to Senior Manager – Corporate Service Department.

LUNA BT TAIB
Senior Manager – Head of Finance & Accounts Division

Luna is currently the finalist of CIMA (UK). In 1998, she began her career as Billing Executive at Vision Courier Sdn Bhd and in charged of computerized billing in bulk mailing system.

In 1999, she became the Accounts Executive in charged of Accounts and Finance Department.

She joined Moreclass (M) Sdn Bhd the Holding Company of TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd in May 2002 as the Senior Executive – Finance and Accounts Department. During her career in Moreclass (M) Sdn Bhd she assisted the Finance Manager in providing financial services to Moreclass Group , clients and others.

In 2004 she was transferred to TMR (M) Urusharta as Assistant Manager.

KAMAROLZAMAN BIN ABU BAKAR
Senior Manager – Head of IT & Call Centre

Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Information Studies from University Technology of MARA in 2004 and holds a Diploma in Banking Studies, Kamarolzaman has a wide working experience in various industries such call center management, banking and finance support, facility management as well as in the construction business.

He started his career with BHL Bank (now known as Southern Bank Bank) in 1983 under operations department and later moved to MUI Finance Berhad (now known as Southern Finance Berhad ) as IT Support member. The main task involved conversion of data from manual to online system and also desktop and server support for all sites in Malaysia.

In 1998 he joined Propel Johnson Controls, an Integrated Facilities Management company and was assigned for setting up their National Call Center and Maximo CMMS implementation while also supporting the overall company IT infrastructure. Later he enjoyed a short stint in Kumpulan Novalab Sdn Bhd, a company involved in laboratory equipment designs and construction. Subsequently he moved to Johnson Controls Sdn Bhd in 2002 as their regional Call Center Manager for Exxon Mobil project which caters for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands.

After 7 years in Johnson Controls, he joined TMR Urusharta Sdn Bhd in September 2010 as Senior Manager – IT & Call Center.

Y.M RAJA HAMZAH BIN RAJA IZAM
General Manager – Head of Property Management

In 1980 he graduated from Mara Institute of Technology with a Diploma In Estate Management, before pursuing his degree course in United Kingdom, he worked with Rahim & CO , as Assistant Valuation officer. In 1981, he joined Suleiman & Co, as Senior Valuation Assistant.

In 1985, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Degree in Land Administration from North East London Polytechnic. He conducted his practical training at Samuel's Properties in Bayswater, London. Here he gained ample exposure on managing residential properties.

Upon his graduation, he rejoined Suleiman and Co , as Valuation Executive. As a valuation executive he has undertaken both statutory and non-statutory valuation and estate agency tasks. In 1986, he was promoted as the Branch Manager in Johor Bahru . One of the major valuation task undertaken by him was the valuation of DESARU under the privatisation scheme.

In April 1989 he sat for his Test for Professional Competency and succeeded in obtaining registration with the Board of Valuers and Estate Agent Malaysia. He is a registered Valuer and Estate Agent.

In March 1990, he started his own practice under the name and style of RAJA HAMZAH & ASSOCIATES. Major valuation tasks undertaken by him include:

  • Valuation of Yayasan Pelajaran Johor assets for corporatisation purposes. Estimated value in RM1.4 billion.
  • Valuation of PKEINJ assets for formation of PERISIND Holding . Estimated value RM1.0 billion.
  • Valuation of assets belonging to Persatuan Peladang Negeri Johor for listing with KLSE.
  • Valuation of Kejora assets for privatisation purposes.
  • Valuation for privatisation schemes including Larkin Terminal and Hospital, MBJB-Arab Malaysia Tower, Menara KPMNJ, Redevelopment of Hotel Rasa Sayang , Tanah Wakaf Kolej Tengku Mariam, Redevelopment of Kg Nong Chik and Dataran MBJB. Felda Tebrau, KTMB land in Johor Bahru,

In 2010 he joined TMR Urusharta in the property management sector. Having vast experiences in managing real estate , he is given the task to expand the portfolio of property management for TMR.

'AINAIN BIRRIYAH BINTI ZEK KHAIRUDDIN
Manager – Head of Human Resource and Administration

'Ainain Birriyah Binti Zek Khairuddin graduated with a Degree in Economics, Majoring in Human Resource Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor. Prior to obtaining her Degree, she studied at Universiti Teknologi MARA (formerly known as Institut Teknologi MARA) and obtained a Diploma in Public Administration.

Her career began in January 2000 with Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) as a Corporate Planning Executive, where she gained a lot of exposure and experiences. During her tenure with KTMB, she was responsible for various corporate presentations, especially on project updates for the Heads of State, Ministers and international delegates. She also played a key-role in the establishment of the Kuantan-Kerteh Railway Project, which was a joint-venture project between KTMB and Petronas. Apart from that, she and her team of Corporate Planners were also responsible for formulating the company's business plan as well as the implementation of the plan.

After 5 years with KTMB, she joined Harta Facilities Management Sdn Bhd (HFM) in January 2005 and managed two portfolios namely, the Business Development Unit and the Human Resource and Administration Unit.

After the merging of HFM with TMR Urusharta Sdn Bhd in mid-2006, she was appointed as the Deputy Manager of the Human Resource and Administration Unit for the Southern Region Office. Her main role and responsibilities include managing and implementing the Human Resource policies and procedures as well as handling the administrative needs and essential requirements of the Southern Region employees.

In January 2011, she was promoted as the Manager of the Human Resource and Administration Unit.

Mohd Kasim Ismail
Deputy General Manager – Head of ACMV Services Sdn Bhd

Kasim holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University, Pennsylvania, USA.

He started his career in 1991 as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer for Simetech Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Group. He is very familiar with all ranges of air conditioning systems from split units, package units and chiller system. He involved in installing, servicing and maintaining of the commercial and industrial air conditioning system for many high rise buildings in Klang Valley as well as buildings under Sime Darby group.

In 1996, he joined Propel –Johnson Control (M) Sdn Bhd as an Operation Engineer. He was in-charge in technical team which was providing technical solution for many air conditioning and building maintenance problems through-out the company's contractual sites. He subsequently joined American International Assurance Company Limited in 2000 as a Building Manager as the person in charge of managing all the operation of Building Facilities and Services at Menara AIA, Wisma AIG and the another twenty-two (22) AIA branches throughout Malaysia.

With his over 20 years of experiences in managing, maintaining and operating of Building Facilities and Services at high rise, public service, commercial and residential building, he is competent in his field.

In August 2008, he joined TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd as Deputy General Manager for Central Region Operation.

In view of his past contribution and experience in air conditioning system, the company promoted him to lead TMR ACMV Services Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd which is specialized in air conditioning system operation in July 2011.
