Corporate History
TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd, formerly known as KOLL (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, is a subsidiary of Damansara Assets Sdn. Bhd. and a member of Johor Corporation Group of Companies.
It was originally an equity joint venture company between Koll Asia Pacific, a Koll Real Estate Services subsidiary company responsible for managing its Asian's operations, with a local partner's i.e. RM Top Holdings Sdn Bhd, a dynamic entrepreneur Bumiputra company.
With well over 4 decades of experience and offices in over 300 cities throughout the United States and Asia, Koll has become a household name for the real estate services.
Koll's experiences has been providing a complete range of real estate services, including property, asset, facilities and investment management, corporate advisory, brokerage, acquisition, disposition, financing, employee training and market research which were meticulously documented, formatted and formulated to form the foundation of Koll Standard & Procedures and be part of Koll intellectual properties.
As a joint venture partner in Koll Malaysia, TMR was able to benefit not only from the transfer of technology, but was also able to incorporate Koll's value and work ethic into the company's daily activities as a facility management service provider since day one.
Our service delivery is assured by a series of TMR Global Standards. TMR Global Standards are high level technologies, products, systems and reports which underscore TMR's commitment to excellence and state of the art facility management. To date there are approximately 70 TMR Global Standards whereby 30 of the standards have been customized to meet the local standards and set as a benchmark for the management of the facilities. These Global Standards have enabled us to operate in any environment irrespective of the various geographical areas.
In year 2000, the local partners took over Koll Malaysia and had the name changed to TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd to reflect its status as a 100% owned Bumiputra company.
Incorporated on 18th January 1997, TMR has been entrusted with the task of managing multiple buildings thorught Malaysia
